Welcome to the Hawaii Convention Center

 
The entrance for bus drop off/pick up and walk-in traffic from Ala Moana Hotel is on Atkinson Boulevard.  The entrance to the parking lot is from Kalakaua Avenue.  Cost is $5.00 per day.  Take the elevator or escalator down to the ground level. Here is a brief description of each map.

Map 1 - Kamehameha I, II and III (sometimes called Exhibition Hall I, II, and III)
Each hall has a set of 5 doors.  Entrance/exit is from lobby side only. Restrooms are located at the opposite end of hall (Women's RR in each hall but only 1 Men's RR in Hall II only).  Restrooms are available on other floors of HCC.

Map 2 - Kamehameha I and II
Site for all 3 meals (Saturday luncheon, Saturday dinner banquet, Sunday luncheon).  Each hall has a set of 5 doors (10 doors total).  Round tables with 10 chairs.  Delegates will be assigned a table number and should sit at the same table for all 3 meals to enjoy the fellowship. Your name badge will show your table number.  Country flags will be placed on the table to match the delegates' seating.  Reserved VIP tables will display the Buddhist flag.  The large stage will be to the "right" as you enter the hall. 4-6 large projection screens will be used.  3 Women's RR and 1 Men's RR available.

Map 3 - Kamehameha III
Site for opening and closing services, keynote speaker, panel presentation, video show and one workshop session.  This hall has one set of 5 doors.  Theatre style seating.  VIP seats will be clearly indicated as reserved. BCA, BCC, South America and Hawaii seating areas will be marked off (open seating).  The rest of the hall will be for Japan delegates and the tour companies will direct their delegates into the hall to their assigned seats.  Sit in the same seat all day Saturday.  Except for the Japanese delegates, on the second day (Sunday) you may sit at a different seat.  The large stage will be to the "right" as you enter the hall.  4 large projection screens will be used.  2 Women's RR available and 1 Men's RR in Hall II only.


Map 4 - Breakout Rooms on Level 3
Site of workshops, free time shopping, first aid station, ministers waiting room.  From the lobby, take the "long" escalator directly up to Level 3.  Elevators are also available.
