Meals Update
August 10, 2006


Kamehameha I & II (Meal Room) is divided into 4 large sections: A, B, C, D.  Your individual name tag will have a letter as well as your table number.

Enter Kamehameha II Door (closer to meeting room and stage) for:
        Section A Tables 1 - 104
        Section B Tables 105 - 232

Enter Kamehameha I Door (back of room, but closer to buffet) for:
        Section C Tables 233 - 348
        Section D Tables 349 - 400

Large room diagrams will be available in lobby area.  Your program booklet also has a diagram.  Mark your table.

SATURDAY BENTO LUNCH


        1)  Look at your name tag for the letter name and table number.
        2)  Enter the proper door
        3)  Delegate guides will be around to help you find your table
        4)  Table numbers are arranged in serpentine fashion
        5)  Find your table and enjoy the fellowship and bento
        6)  Remember where your table is located because you will need to find it again for dinner and Sunday buffet
        7)  When you are through eating and after any announcements, return to the meeting room (same seat) for the rest of the day’s program

SATURDAY DINNER


        1)  Door open at 5:30p.m.
        2)  Find your table and enjoy the fellowship and served dinner
        3)  Enjoy a short program followed by Hawaiian entertainment
        4)  Adjournment 9:30p.m.

SUNDAY BUFFET


        1)  Bring all of your belongings from the meeting room to the meal room because you will not be returning there.
        2)  Find your table and wait patiently (delegate guides will be around to assist)
        3)  Wait until your table is called to the buffet line by the HCC staff
        4)  Exchange friendship gift with another member on your table
        5)  Enjoy the buffet
        6)  Enjoy a short program followed by World District entertainment
        7)  Finale songs and ALOHA!
        8)  Adjournment 3:00p.m.

 

Meals Update
May 21, 2006


Delegates will enjoy three meals at the Hawaii Convention Center.  All seats are assigned and delegates should sit at the same table for all three meals.  See name tag for table #.

            September 2, 2006 (12:00 - 1:00p.m.)
            Saturday lunch - Japanese “special bento”, oolong tea, bottled water

            September 2, 2006 (6:00 - 9:00p.m.)
            Saturday dinner banquet - Beef Tenderloin entree

            September 3, 2006 (11:00a.m. - 1:00p.m.)
            Sunday luncheon - Buffet



Additional guests to Dinner Banquet or other meals
Question: Can spouses or non-delegates attend the Saturday dinner banquet?  other meals?  How can they register and how much will it cost?

Answer: Yes, guests may be invited to the dinner or other meals.  Since all seats are assigned, space will be reserved for them on your table if requested.

September 2, Saturday lunch @ $ 30.00 (open only for workshop leaders)
September 2, Saturday dinner banquet @ $ 60.00
September 3, Sunday luncheon @ $ 35.00
